By commissioning me, you agree to the Terms of Service.

I am not responsible if the Client fails to read the Terms of Service.

I have the right to decline or cancel a commission if the Client violates any of the terms of service.

All commissions must be paid after confirmed WIP approval.

Payments are accepted via Paypal/Venmo/Ko-Fi.

All payments are final after approved WIP.

A detailed and/or clear reference must be provided. No wall of texts describing their outfits.

A detailed paragraph telling me your character's personality or general likes/dislikes is highly encouraged! I like to know more about your character so I can draw them with those characteristics.

A WIP (work-in-progress) will be given to the client before fulfilling the commission.

After the WIP is approved with appropriate changes, I can proceed with the rendering process.

Due to outside circumstances (work, school, life events, etc.), the process can be delayed up to two weeks to a month. If this occurs, the client will be notified asap.

Final approval after the rendering process will be shown before being uploaded online. During this time, only minor changes can be done after a complete render.

I will do my best to provide artwork that’ll make my Client happy.

The process is used to make sure I communicate with you and make sure you’re satisfied with the work. If we are not seeing eye-to-eye, then it may be best to look for another artist.

I will ask lots of questions, especially if the references are unclear. To avoid this, please provide a thorough reference. Otherwise, I’ll be inclined to draw as I see fit.

As the Artist, I hold the right to publish the artwork to promote myself.

Which includes but is not limited to:

Social media

Books/illustrations

Display

Post it anywhere I like

The Client is allowed to:

Use the artwork for personal use

Print the artwork and claim the character but not the drawing itself.

Use the artwork to provide a reference for other artists.

Use the artwork to promote themselves if, and only if, they credit appropriately to the Artist.

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork for commercial use.

Taking credit for the artwork without appropriate credit.

Removing any watermarks/signatures.

Altering the artwork in any shape or form without the Artist’s consent.

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

This does not usually occur unless something happened to me in my personal life. I will give a notice beforehand if it’s possible.

If there are too many changes between the WIP and the full render, I will cancel and refund appropriately.

After a WIP is completed, I’m entitled to keep the payment.

If you file a chargeback against me, I will remove any and every right you have to my artwork and permanently ban you.

I reserve the right to use the completed artwork for new/other buyers.

You will be kept on a Watch List for other artists in the community.

I have the right to file a complaint and I have the right to keep the payment.
